A dated record of each planet's investment story, preserved before future updates overwrite it — a real history of the site's analysis, not just its current state.

September 22, 2026 — Weekly Brief Refresh
Gaming — Weekly Brief
Refreshed the Breaking This Week trend items with the Sept 10–21 gaming stories
Replaced last week's items (PIF/EA-Savvy merger talk, GameStop's record Q2, Ubisoft's Xbox disc-to-digital move) with: PIF's merger discussions for EA and Savvy Games advancing pending the Moonton deal, Take-Two/GTA VI price-target raises ahead of the Nov 19 launch, and Sony dropping Kojima's Physint (picked up by Xbox).
AI & Robotics — Weekly Brief
Added a Breaking This Week section: OpenAI's $1.5T round, Anthropic's $2T IPO plans, Oracle's $455B backlog
New section covering OpenAI weighing a funding round up to $1.5 trillion, Anthropic reportedly targeting a $2 trillion October IPO, and Oracle's AI infrastructure backlog surging 359% year-over-year to $455 billion, lifting chip stocks.
Entertainment — Weekly Brief
Refreshed the Breaking This Week trend items with the Sept 10–21 entertainment stories
Replaced last week's items (Paramount-WBD trial deadlock, summer box office record, Alliance Entertainment) with: Paramount Skydance nearing an antitrust settlement on the $110B Warner Bros. Discovery deal, UMG's AI licensing deal with ElevenLabs, and Paramount/Comcast weighing a sale or shutdown of SkyShowtime.
Sports — Weekly Brief
Added a Breaking This Week section: NFL media rights, Braves sale pressure, StubHub's rally
New section covering Goodell signaling the NFL could exit its media-rights deals early to chase streaming dollars, a Braves shareholder pushing for a sale amid record franchise valuations, and StubHub's rally on a Citi upgrade.
Finance & Investing — Weekly Brief
Added sector/dividend/international fund links and a benchmark interest-rate section
Expanded the Top Performing Funds card grid with Top Sector ETFs, Top Dividend Funds, and Top International & Emerging-Market Funds (Morningstar), linked the Currency & Forex card to the site's own currency converter tool, and added a new Today's Benchmark Interest Rates section (mortgage, auto loan, Fed funds, personal/HELOC rates).
September 19, 2026 (cont'd 4) — Celebrities Embedded as an Entertainment Tab
Entertainment — Celebrities & Pop Culture
Celebrities is now a live tab on the Entertainment page itself, not just a linked-out moon
Added a "Celebrities & Pop Culture" data-media tab to entertainment-movies-tv.html (same pattern as its Social Media / Comedy tabs) with the reputable-outlet directory, Future of Fame, and License Your Likeness content rendered directly on the page, plus a link through to the full standalone celebrities-pop-culture.html for the complete version.
September 19, 2026 (cont'd 3) — Mobile Nav Fix Handoff & Celebrities Redesign
Infrastructure — Mobile Navigation (Worker)
Diagnosed the mobile nav root cause and handed off a copy-paste fix
The tollbit-logs Cloudflare Worker injects its own independent, hardcoded mobile nav (a dropdown + a homepage link grid) via HTMLRewriter — it never automatically syncs with the origin site's actual pages, so it still had disabled placeholders and was missing Celebrities/Pop Culture and Food & Recipes. Live browser-automation edits to the Worker's production Monaco editor were blocked by the safety classifier, so exact copy-paste replacement HTML for both hardcoded blocks was written out for manual application in the Cloudflare dashboard.
Celebrities & Pop Culture — Redesign
Added real celebrity-news links, a "Future of Fame" AI section, and a likeness-licensing guide
Converted the page from pure creator-economy business stats into a full tabbed page: Overview (unchanged business content), Celebrity News (links to People, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Entertainment Weekly, Us Weekly, Billboard), Future of Fame (AI-made creator films now outgrossing studio releases — Curry Barker's "Obsession" ($370M+), Kane Parsons' "Backrooms" ($330M, A24's highest-grossing film), Markiplier's "Iron Lung" ($51M+) — plus the broader creator/Hollywood convergence trend from VidCon 2026), and License Your Likeness (SAG-AFTRA's 2026 TV/Theatrical Agreement Digital Replica Rider: specific per-use consent, minimum compensation separate from base pay, and the emerging licensing-platform layer for performers).
September 19, 2026 (cont'd 2) — Link Audit, Top Funds & Currency Tool
Site-wide — Link Audit
Tested all internal and today's new external links
486 static internal links checked across all pages — 0 broken. All 10 external sources added today (Taste of Home, The Kitchn, Half Baked Harvest, What's Gaby Cooking, Mediavine, Raptive, Jupiter, MonetizePros, Yahoo Finance, AOL) verified live via direct fetch.
Finance & Investing — Top Performing Funds
Added a Top Performing Funds section linking to Morningstar's category rankings
Four links: Top Stock ETFs, Top Bond Funds, Top Index Funds & ETFs, and Currency & Forex Rates — all real Morningstar pages, verified live.
New Free Tool — Currency Calculator
Built currency-calculator.html and added it to the AI Toolkit's Free Tools lineup
Live exchange-rate conversion via the Frankfurter (ECB) API, entirely client-side. Free tier: 12 major currencies. Pro ($1 this tool / $5 all tools, existing toolkit-access.js paywall): full 150+ currency list. Linked prominently from the Travel page.
September 19, 2026 (cont'd) — Nanotechnology Dedupe & Real Recipe Content
Nav Decision — Nanotechnology
Removed Nanotechnology from the top-level "Jump to a planet" dropdown on all pages
Nanotechnology was already correctly wired as a tab under AI & Robotics (breadcrumb + tab-btn row), but was also duplicated as its own top-level planet in the global nav — giving it two identities. Fixed by removing the top-level entry only; the page itself and its AI & Robotics tab remain untouched and fully reachable.
Content Fix — Food & Recipes
Added real recipe content to food-recipes.html — it was previously business-analysis-only
Added a tab row (Overview / Weeknight Dinners / Baking & Desserts / Healthy & Quick) with genuine, sourced links to the current highest-rated/most-saved recipe roundups from Taste of Home, The Kitchn, Half Baked Harvest, and What's Gaby Cooking. The original ad-revenue/business-model analysis stays under Overview.
September 19, 2026 — Trending-Topic Audit & New Planets
Site-wide — Coverage Audit
Ran a full audit of the site's 18 live verticals against the ~20 highest-engagement human-interest topic categories, weighed against the revenue-maximization directive
Findings: Nanotechnology flagged as the lowest-traffic-potential live vertical (niche materials-science audience, no independent search demand, overlaps with AI & Robotics/Infrastructure) — recommended for eventual folding into Infrastructure rather than standalone upkeep. Celebrities/Pop Culture and Food & Recipes identified as the two highest-value disabled nav placeholders — both launched today (see below). Weather, Relationships/Dating, Fashion/Beauty, Science, Education/How-To, and Parenting/Family remain disabled and queued for future builds.
Nav Decision — News / Politics
Permanently removed the News/Politics placeholder from the nav dropdown (was disabled/"coming soon" on all 35+ pages)
Decision: Breaking News already covers general news territory, and a dedicated politics vertical carries editorial/advertiser risk (brand-safety concerns for sponsors, polarizing content, moderation overhead) without a clear revenue upside over the existing News/Politics-adjacent coverage. Removed rather than left disabled, to keep the nav honest about what's actually planned.
New Planet — Celebrities & Pop Culture
Launched celebrities-pop-culture.html — the creator economy and celebrity media business
Covers the $250B+ 2026 creator economy, $70B+ cumulative YouTube creator payouts, $34B influencer marketing industry, and the platform companies (YouTube, TikTok, Meta) capturing celebrity/pop-culture ad spend. Added to nav dropdown (35 pages), sitemap.xml, and llms.txt.
New Planet — Food & Recipes
Launched food-recipes.html — the food and recipe content monetization business
Covers premium ad network RPMs (Mediavine/Raptive, $20-50+ vs. $2-8 generic), traffic thresholds, and the realistic $5,700-$17,500/month income stack for a mid-tier recipe content operation. Added to nav dropdown (35 pages), sitemap.xml, and llms.txt.
September 14, 2026 — Weekly Content Brief
Site-wide — Depth Pass (10 pages)
Comprehensive depth expansion across pillar articles, Sports sub-pages, and thin verticals
Robotics ETF comparison (1,020→1,516 words, real KOID expense ratio filled in); Humanoid robot market size (1,167→1,784 words, updated with Goldman Sachs' genuine Sept 13-14 5x forecast revision to 6.5M units/$138B); Sports College/Betting/Equipment/TV (all four expanded ~50%, FAQ schema added to all); AI Human Integration (1,029→1,487, real BCI breakthroughs incl. China's world-first implant approval); Nanotechnology (1,042→1,419, RNA self-assembling nanotech breakthrough); Real Estate (1,148→1,453, current Sept mortgage/inventory data replacing stale figures); True Crime (1,125→1,419, ID's docbuster strategy with named hits). FAQ schema added to 8 of the 10 pages that previously lacked it.
AI & Robotics — Power & Energy
Added the broader "where the money is going" energy landscape: fusion (private investment past $13B, Chevron directly invested, Commonwealth Fusion's $3B lead, Helion's Microsoft PPA) and next-gen geothermal (financing up 80% YoY to $2.2B). Also researched whether oil majors drive graphene research — honest finding: they don't; that's Rio Tinto/GMG, Rice University's flash Joule heating, and University of Manchester instead. Oil majors' real next-gen bet, per public disclosure, is fusion.
AI & Robotics — Infrastructure
New sections on the real component bottlenecks (force/torque sensors at 40-47% CAGR, harmonic-drive gearboxes at 26-week lead times) and China's ~70% supply chain control, plus automakers (Mobileye/Mentee, Schaeffler) entering the sensor race. Both pages now cross-link each other and the humanoid-robot market pillar.
Gaming
Fixed a stale $260M pre-order figure to the actual disclosed $1.39B (Take-Two's Aug 7 earnings call). Added a real JS day-counter to Nov 19 launch, plus confirmed pricing/pre-load dates and the two remaining hype milestones (final trailer, review embargo) worth building content around as they approach.

Dark Planet
Standalone page (dark-planet-911.html) with all 5 episodes. Same TikTok-appeal-pending note carried over honestly.
AI & Robotics — Human Integration / Health
